Stanley Corridor Secondary Plan
The Stanley Corridor Secondary Plan borders PTH 3 and PTH 14 between the cities of Morden and Winkler municipal boundaries. This plan provides statements of Council's direction to guide decision-making, capital spending, and manage land use and development.
Reinfeld Secondary Plan
The Reinfeld Secondary Plan will build on the policies within MSTW's Development plan to provide a more detailed long-term vision for management growth and development on Reinfeld's Fringe and infill lands. The policies of this plan will guide current and future decisions around infrastructure servicing, transportation, and land use planning.
In fall of 2024, amendments were proposed to the Reinfeld Secondary Plan. A hearing for the proposed changes is scheduled for December 5, 2024 at 9:05 am. Please click on the links below for more information:

The Schanzenfeld Secondary Plan will also build on policies within MSTW's Development Plan to guide future growth and development within the community of Schanzenfeld and its surrounding area.
