Provincial Rescind Letter
November 22, 2023
Due to a leak on the Dunston Water System, water may be shut down starting 9 am on Thursday, November 23, 2023. A boil water advisory is being issued for a portion of the system starting November 23, 2023 at 9 am shown within the blue areas on the map below.
Once water quality standards are able to be maintained, the rescind letter will be issued. Water samples will be sent into the Lab and results should be in by Monday, November 27th. An update will be posted on the water icon on the bottom of the home page at www.rmofstanley.ca
To ensure the protection of public health, this boil water advisory will affect the following areas on the below map:

Starting November 23, 2023 and until further notice, citizens should use boiled water or bottled water for:
- Drinking and making ice
- Preparing beverages, including infant formula
- Preparing food
- Brushing Teeth
The Boil Water Advisory will remain in effect until the water supplied by this water system no longer presents a risk to public health. Updates will be posted on the water advisory icon on the bottom of our website.
