Water Meter Readings are requested quarterly from residents who have a water connection through us.
Readings are accepted anytime during the following months: March, June, September, and December. By providing us with a water meter reading each quarter, we are able to help determine your water usage is consistent which helps eliminate large accumulating costs due to water leaks and breaks.
Water Meter Readings can be submitted in the following format:
- using the form provided below
- using the form on the app (available through the App Store or from Google Play)
- by returning your water meter reading card you receive in the mail
- by phoning in your meter reading during the months listed above, to 204-325-4101
