With the onset of warmer spring weather, it is time again for the RM of Stanley to implement its spring weight restrictions on local paved roads. The intent is to eliminate any damage from heavy loads that can occur when a road base is thawing. When the base thaws, it does not have the weight carrying capacity that it would have been designed for. The restrictions go into effect March 26th and can last up to 8 weeks.
