On June 10, 2026, the RM of Stanley, together with Landmark Planning and Design, hosted an Open House with landowners to review draft designs for Reinfeld and Schanzenfeld. From information gathered at the meetings, the concept plans will be refined and finalized. Please click the heading above to view the poster boards from the Open House.
Stanley Corridor Secondary Plan
The Stanley Corridor Secondary Plan borders PTH 3 and PTH 14 between the cities of Morden and Winkler municipal boundaries. This plan provides statements of Council's direction to guide decision-making, capital spending, and manage land use and development.
The Reinfeld Secondary Plan will build on the policies within MSTW's Development plan to provide a more detailed long-term vision for management growth and development on Reinfeld's Fringe and infill lands. The policies of this plan will guide current and future decisions around infrastructure servicing, transportation, and land use planning.
The Schanzenfeld Secondary Plan will also build on policies within MSTW's Development Plan to guide future growth and development within the community of Schanzenfeld and its surrounding area.
