Council Meeting Minutes

The RM of Stanley Council usually meets every two weeks on Thursday mornings, unless otherwise noted.  

We ask that any member of the public wanting to attend a council meeting confirm with our office a minimum of 2 business days in advance of the meeting date so that we can ensure adequate seating is available.  Please contact Valerie Martens at vmartens@rmofstanley.ca or call the Administration office at (204) 325-4101.  

Public comment is not permitted except under one of the following circumstances:

• You have requested to do so in writing to the CAO, advising the topic and scope of the presentation at least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting as per the Procedure By-law, and have been registered by the CAO to speak.
• You have come to a public hearing regarding an application or by-law that has been advertised or forwarded to you and you want to make a statement.  If you want to make a statement, you must identify yourself when the Reeve asks if there is anyone present wanting to speak to the issue.
