Due to a water break on the Friedensruh area water system, the water will be turned off this afternoon and possibly into the evening. A boil water advisory will be required once the system is back on to ensure the protection of public health for the following locations shown on the map below:

Once water quality standards can be maintained, the rescind notice will be issued. Water samples will be sent into the Lab and results should be in by Friday or Saturday.
Starting March 18th at 5:00 pm and until further notice, citizens should use boiled water or bottled water for:
- Drinking and making ice
- Preparing beverages, including infant formula
- Preparing food
- Brushing teeth
The Boil Water Advisory will remain in effect until the water supplied by this water system no longer presents a risk to public health. Updates will be posted on the water advisory icon on the bottom of our website.
